Your Support Broker works alongside you to:

• Help you find and hire caregivers 
• Stay within your approved budget 
• Complete required paperwork 
• Review and submit timesheets 
• Adjust services as your needs change 

They can also support you with: 

• Housing-related goals 
• Job application assistance and interview preparation 
• Planning for independent living activities 

Support can be provided on a short-term or ongoing basis, depending on your needs. 

How It Works?

You choose the services you need based on your Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA), which is provided by your Managed Care Organization (MCO). 

Once you hire a caregiver, your Financial Management Agent (FMA) works with you to: 

• Complete hiring paperwork 
• Process payroll 
• Pay employment-related taxes 

Your Support Broker helps you understand each step so you can make informed decisions about your care.
